For two years, we worked with members of the Urgent Care
Association of America to study medical malpractice insurance
issues related to urgent care medicine. You told us traditional
insurers didn't understand your operations, and that too often you
were paying premiums that subsidized higher risk medical
specialties. We concluded there was a better insurance alternative,
